If you are unable to pay your balance in full, we offer several convenient financing options.

We offer up to 2 years no interest or up to 5 years extended financing through CareCredit:

• No interest if paid in full within 6, 12, 18 or 24 month promotional period on qualifying purchase of $200 or more made with your CareCredit credit card account. Interest will be charged to your account (at the rate of 26.99% for new accounts) from the purchase date if the promotional purchase is not paid in full within the promotional period.
• Extended financing available on qualifying purchase of $1,000 or more made with your CareCredit credit card account.
  • Purchases of $1,000 or more are eligible for a 24, 36 or 48 months offer with a 14.90% APR
  • Purchases of $2,500 or more are eligible for a 60 months offer with a 16.90% APR

If your application with CareCredit is declined, please send us a copy of the denial to apply for an in house payment plan. In house payment plans are not offered for balances under $50. Minimum monthly payments are required based on the total balance amount. All in house payment plans must be paid off within 12 months.
