Wait times are too long to get seen by doctor to receive injection

Great doctor and staff

Your web check-in system doesn’t work with my phone number. I have made sure the office has the correct phone number but it can never allow me to check in

Every staff member Was so kind & very friendly. Dr Ricca took his time with me & didn’t try to rush me out of the room. He said I was famous in his office just like I was famous at my eye Doctor in London, because of all the trouble I’m having with my right eye. Haha. He even gave me a big Hi Five ! The monthly eye injections do help. My eyes are better & even my sight seems improved at 86 years old. I'm thankful for Retina Assoc.

I think there is quality work going on but the wait time was a bit excessive. I'm retired and didn't have any where to go but others might have a more serious issue with the wait.

Dr. Ricca is very knowledgeable and personable. He explained any questions I had. I would receive him any time.
